- Pack items securely to prevent damage during transit
- Include your RA number clearly visible on the outside of the package
- Remove or cover all original shipping labels
- Include a copy of your order invoice inside the package

- Customer pays for shipping the original item back
- GARDIZO covers the cost of shipping the exchange item
- Exchanges are subject to product availability

- Initial processing: 3-7 business days after receiving your return
- Bank processing: Up to 30 days for the refund to appear in your account
